they are just charing and charing money!!! the service is bad. we pay more than 200 '?‚ ? for a cloud server, and their only solution to traffic peaks is that we should buy more autoscale RAM or processing. their payment plan and service is all about making money instead of giving a proper server service. I can not recommend them, especially if you have a e-commerce
i had great feedback of site ground but you are not providing your services in India. you don't have any Idea how many business is successfully running in India then why are you not provide your services. when i am ready to buy your server i realized you are not in India, my all efforts and research are totally time waste.
Gospodin A. was very friendly, extremely patient and very eager to help. They tried to clearly explain both the issue our site was having and some ways to troubleshoot it. I did have a bit of trouble understanding Gospodin's English grammar / writing. I believe any differences in fluency are not an problem for resolving basic issues or escalating to the technical team, but might still serve as a barrier when explaining in writing the more technical aspects of development to laypeople and/or inexperienced web administrators. Thank you again for your help today!
Siteground really has the best support. Incredible. The only thing I would say is that they do make it just a bit difficult for you to get to the support. That's because they want you to try to solve it yourself, as human support cost money. That's the main reason we stay with Siteground, they are a bit more expensive compared to others, but when you need them, they are there. And believe me you will need them once or twice.
Ruslan N was very good, quick, and professional in researching and finding a great workaround to a complex payment issue. Also, he`s very good at chatting and making the customer feel safe and like they are in good hands, which I appreciated. Speed-wise, he`s also good at pacing and keeping the customer engaged while he`s finding the proper solution. Job very well done!
They used to be great, but now I see they're charging more than double what I can get other places, there's nowhere to downgrade my plan, and can't get a hold of support. They said they were going to bill on May 20, and they billed on May 5.
The support at SiteGround is always excellent, however I had an issue about connecting via SSH using Termius which is outside the scope of the support provided by SiteGround, However, the Customer Experience Specialist I chatted with provided me with the guidance I had already reviewed several times over the last 4 days I have been trying to resolve this issue. If hey had said, they can't help with third party connection issues, that would have been fine. I appreciate a straigh answer, even if it is "no">
03/12/2025 The experience was good, quick and very professional. The problem i had was finding the live chat, not sure if that's by design, but that was very stressful. 03/13/2025 Agen i need to speak with live chat, after being danced around by you AI for over an hour, your live chat delt with the problem in less that 5 minutes. Why do you make it so hard to get to live chat when your AI could not solve my problem.03/14/2025. Thanks for your prompt and professional response. I will admit that i am not the most tech savvy, and there may be others at my level of expertise.
Been happy with them so far. Beware of them selling you on basic packages, but when you are bought in and moved they try to upsell you on several things for what would be core services on some other platforms. Nonetheless overall positive experience
