Siteground worse customer service

Contacted live chat, phone support and compliance team. Nobody wants to help. I can't get access to their site and I don't receive their codes to my email address and they still have my old phone number on their site. Don't deal with this site if you have problems with your access as they won't help

Petar was AMAZING!!!

Petar was AMAZING!!!! I've been really confused about domain registrar, DNS Hosting, nameservers, etc. He made it clear. FINALLY I totally get it. GREAT service. Wow, he was great, patient, and knowledgeable. I'm really impressed!!

Siteground is awful

Siteground is awful! Do not use. Why1. Cost increased when originally signed up $13 in 2021 now $35. More money less service and support. 2. Support went to paid for $60 and using an nonsensical AI (Artificial incompetence) that puts you in a loop.3. Use to be great! Now is very disappointing.I am firing them this month.

Siteground are cheap for the first year

Siteground are cheap for the first year (extortionate after) and the only reason they have 2 stars is moving to them did speed up my site initially. unfortunatly after just a few months of being with them, they failed to keep my site safe and i was hit with malware. In any other hosting company you would be able to contact them and they would take care of issues like this as a matter of urgency. Unfortunately siteground feel it appropriate to charge a disgusting $50 for just 30 minutes of work, even though you're already paying them. Now for big issues like this it could take days to find the malware, thats math i cant even do, nevermind have the money in my bank. Im so disappointed that siteground prey off peoples worst days and biggest vulnerabilities and i will not be renewing my website with them nor will i ever recommend them. Their security scanner which you also have to pay extra for doesnt work, its saying my website is safe when it quite clearly is not. If i ever manage to get rid of this malware and my business/website survives the next few months i will be going with another company that doesnt do this to its clients. Roll on October.

They couldn't get the registration of a

They couldn't get the registration of a donation as part of a hosting deal sorted correctly. Mind boggling. Customer support rep was very polite but couldn't resolve the situation and couldn't provide compensation. They cancelled my hosting at my request and refunded me no problems but holy cow, when a hosting company can't even register a domain properly you know they've got problems.

Would have given it 5 stars except that

Would have given it 5 stars except that it's spam filter has gone mad lately and filters out emails from organisations I have been communicating by email with for years, like Orange, France's main landline, internet and mobile phone provider!
