I have called a billion times and NOTHING EVER GETS DONE REGARDING MY BILL! Until I get the CORRECT amount I will not pay anymore. The three months I had to pay off to get the discount is passing fast and I REFUSE TO PAY FULL PRICE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE SUPER JEWELERS AND KATAPOLT HAVE DONE
Im sorry the reviews on this website are all marketing based. Do your homework and look at the amount of 1 star reviews on BBB and other websites. Company is a scam. Trustpilot I know you wont post this because it would make you look bad. Shouldnt you be "trusted" to share positive AND negative feedback for the benefit of the consumer and not the company UNLESS you are getting paid. Edit: Trustpilot I am impressed that you posted this. I feel it's the right thing to do. When companies don't live up to their promises (the customer comes first), they should be exposed. Thank you for being a trusted source.
This was the worse experience The company that I placed order through cancelled order without fullfilling it and after pre approval of 750 through this company I was decline purchase without any explanation. My bed came with the wrong pieces I can't even build it my side rails are supposed to have two number fours and two number fives one of each on each side of the bed I only got four number four as I cannot build this bed and I'm very upset
