Awful Customer Service

Not real happy. I payed off a lease in 90 days and the still took a payment out ! Wasn't easy getting a refund. Now to to recent heart surgery I asked to skip a payment in June.They said ok. I told them I'd make my next regular payment on the 30th. I did. The on the 1st the took another payment out and refused to refund. As a disabled 65 year old man and this has caused me a lot of problems.

SCAM!!! RUN!!

I attempted to purchase an item, but the transaction did not go through, yet Katapult still collected my down payment. I demanded to cancel the "lease" and request a refund because I should not have to pay for something I never received. Instead of addressing my request, I was told to "just wait." They have stopped responding to my calls and continue to bombard me with emails about upcoming payments. This situation is entirely unacceptable. If my lease is not canceled immediately and I do not receive a full refund, I will take legal action without hesitation.

So I signed up for your so-called '? ? ?90 days same as cash'? ? ? deal, thinking everything was straightforward. But now I'? ? ?m seeing mysterious extra charges popping up'? ? ?why?! '? ? ? ? On top of that, you said you'? ? ?d charge my debit card on July 4th, and yet nothing. No charge, no update'? ? ?just silence. So what'? ? ?s really going on here? Are you trying to sneak in fees hoping I won'? ? ?t notice? Feels like a bait-and-switch if you ask me. This is NOT what I agreed to. Fix it'? ? ?before I escalate this further.

I was charged for 4 items I rented, but only got 1 of them. It'? ? ?s been OVER a week now that I have tried to contact y'? ? ?all! Everyone keeps saying someone will email me soon! STILL NO EMAIL!
