Review Time
Although I have used Katapult in the past and had a great experience, trying to purchase with Best Buy is impossible. No one can figure out the problem. Customer support tried, but I don't believe that retailer is set up properly on the technical side. Please fix this.
I get an email telling not to forget I am still pre-approved for a $800 lease, So, I take about a week to figure out what I may want and decided to go through with the lease. I go through the mobile app and try to place the order I had been working on all week and when it comes to check out, I am told that I am denied! This was moments after I had just checked the email again to make sure it saied I was still approved..........Nice SCAM you've got going on there....Truely disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. After seeing their response on here and the email from them. I called them directly and the guy answering the phone seemed like he had no idea what was sent to me. I informed him of whom had sent it then was told the decision that was made is still the same... No discussion about it or nothing.
I'? ? ?m being charged for an item I never even received. I have contacted several times still hasn'? ? ?t been taken care of. Was supposed to be canceled so I can reorder but got the product I needed an easier way through a better company with much better customer service.
