Review Time
The service is horrible! I requested to cancel the assembler for them to cancel the warranty instead and then moved the assembler up to the next day. I have called/chat/and texted about this issue. And still not resolved! Great service hah! So now I have no warranty and someone coming to assemble something that is already assembled.
Had trouble with some store app excepting or connecting up but after working 2ith customer service was able to work out the bugs,even if you have a large credit limit ypu still have to pay a $10 fee every order you place which still not Bad Only downfall is having to repeat your information evertome when it says Welcome back,I guess it security Concern.wiuld give 5stars if I could not hear everyone representative in the background and talking and having to keep asking please speak up wer speak up so I hear them and not what's behind them.
Took over $100 of my money and wayfair said my things were never ordered and after a week no money back!!!!! Now it is over a week later and still no return of money or product even ordered, in fact I ordered a second bed since and received it over night!
First it was kind of difficult navigating the how to pay with catapult but the representative was very patient in showing me how to do that. As far as the vendor that I chose which was wayfair, the delivery didn't go so well.The frame of the bed came on june twenty but the mattress isn't coming until june thirtieth. However, they gave me a $109 credit back to my catapult account.Which I want to go towards my weekly lease payments please. I would like to forward you the email that they set me confirming the refund.
