Katapult is okay

They work well with you when you can get ahold of them, and they will eventually refund you if you cancel or return your order. Not a horrible service if you are in need of a payment plan, just ensure you pay it off within 90 days, so you don't have to pay way more money.

The generated visa has not been working

The generated visa has not been working on the amazon order I placed and there's a ticket out that they are working on. In the meantime, with this issue, it's delaying my order for my business.

Inactive plans on my account

Checkout process was easy, but i had 2 transactions that failed to process, leading tono orders being placed. both of those plans are showing in my katapult account as active plans that i owe money on, but no purchase was actually made. i tried to reach out via email, but have not heard back. my card has already been charged for one of these plans, and it should not have been. i would like for both of these inactive plans to be removed from my account before i am charged again

My item is damaged

My item is damaged. The lock and key don't work. I can't get the top chest out or open the door and the drawer is sunken.

I have a 1500 spending limit only used

I have a 1500 spending limit only used 700 of it and made payments as well. Went to purchase something else today still shows I have an amount left to use but denied. And was told to reapply in 30 days but to continue making payments. In my opinion, you cant give someone a limit then when they go and use it its denied especially if im making my payments. Will be reporting this to the CFPB for further investigation
