Checkout process was easy, but i had 2 transactions that failed to process, leading tono orders being placed. both of those plans are showing in my katapult account as active plans that i owe money on, but no purchase was actually made. i tried to reach out via email, but have not heard back. my card has already been charged for one of these plans, and it should not have been. i would like for both of these inactive plans to be removed from my account before i am charged again
