Update: 29.04.25 : I received notification from my bank this morning that Fitstraps had contested the dispute I raised despite the item never having been dispatched, there being no proof of delivery, and there being no acknowledgement of my many attempts to contact them about the item I ordered. Once again, avoid this business at all costs, it is a sham to grift you out of your money!Business is a sham! Bought a replacement strap for my Fitbit in March and it still hasn't arrived after repeated chasing up. Much like all of the recent 1-star reviews on here, I only wished that I'd checked Trust pilot before buying so that I could have anticipated the disappointment. I contacted my bank and raised a dispute over the transaction which is ongoing. All in all, a huge waste of time and energy! Heed the warning and avoid this business at all costs.

Die Buchung ging schon in Ordnung aber was mich unheimlich '? ?rgert. Ich hab jetzt innerhalb kurzer Zeit vier mal bei TUI gebucht und jedes Mal wurden mir Gutscheine versprochen und was hab ich bekommen? Nichts au'??er leeren Versprechen das n'? ?chste Mal werde ich nun bei einem Anbieter buchen. trotz mehrere Anschreiben dass ich um meine Gutscheine bitte wurde mir nicht zugesendet. Ich erhielt noch nicht mal eine Antwort.

Caution! This is a scam company! They give the impression of ordering through the official hotel web site, but it isn't. The nightly rate is the same as the official hotel site but then they add close to 30% as a service charge which is not advertised. I contacted the hotel and they are aware of this imitation company but cannot do anything. All bookings through this company are apparently non-refundable and their 'customer service' don't care. Don't order from this website!As I can't respond to their reply directly - their response highlights that they know they imitate the hotel's direct website, they know that no one would book with them if they were clear and up front, their business model is built on deception highlighted by the lack of cancellation policy.

Normalt er jeg altid meget tilfreds med jeres service, men desv'?rre ikke denne gang. Jeg bestilte en burger men fik kun en bolle en kylling - intet andet… Det viste sig dog, at jeg skulle have tikket boksen med fravalg for ikke at f'? en burger uden noget andet.
