Review Time
I placed an order for a Lenovo laptop via Lenovo.com. The installment agreement was sent to me, I signed and made my first payment, at which point the financial agreement became active. The problem is that I never received any order info for this purchase, I inquired about this many times and was never given a proper answer. On my last inquiry, the agent was quick to say that there is something wrong, and without my consent canceled the order, and told me that it was in my best interest. I did not want to cancel the order I simply wanted to track it. Kind of annoyed with that agent and the service I received. I am unsure if I will use katapult again
The purchase program is a excellent option. However, I never received my 4 tire. I called tire agent several times and the keep giving a tracking number that doesn'? ? ?t track anything. I spoke to an agent twice they both told me each day the 4 tire is coming that day, still no tire. Today is the 3rd day I will reachout to get the tire. I have a ride share company that requires my cars to be on the road daily. Now my car is down for 3 days after schedule delivery. Your payment is due on the 11th of July. I have lost $800 to date.
First of all, I bought a chair, then I am told that I have 52 payments of 10.40 to pay for 52 weeks. I paid $25.00 on my bill and did not see this on the payment plan. I do not think that I will purchase anything again. I am truly sorry, but if I could at this time, I would pay the bill off. Do not get me wrong, I love the chair, but so much finance charges.
