They charged my account 4 times

They charged my account 4 times. Advised that they canceled the duplicate leases and yet, they're still trying to take money from my account even though no order was ever processed and the leases were canceled due to the merchant no longer having the items In stock. I cant even log into my account anymore to do anything about it myself!

You don't make it clear that payments are WEEKLY, not monthly

You don't make it clear that payments are expected every week. I have cancer and need this bed for my comfort...but I was blind-sided by an $80 per week payment!
