I am returning the item was broken and

I am returning the item was broken and Angi took forever to come no showed three times to put together and then it was broken it is on my porch and needs to be picked up right away it is too heavy for me to lift and it is going to rain I am going dispute all charges with my bank !!! I am very upset have spent a lot of time waiting for them to come out it together three different times and then finally someone shows up an hour late and we open the box and it is broken! I need full refund !

The app doesn't work half the time and

The app doesn't work half the time and they still have not shipped my order yet it said up to 72 hours before shipping and it's been about a week and they still don't know when it will be shipped out

No courtesy email

I actually didn't see my merchandise yet my rims but they automatically take money out your account without dropping you a email first at least a day ahead of time. That part I don't like

I set it up for monthly payments

I set it up for monthly payments. I get a thing that it's for weekly payments after I've signed the contract. Then I find out some of the products that I ordered don't fit what I need to have which is not your fault. It's the tire company that I ordered from so I am returning half the stuff that I ordered

I had a lease and paid it off early. Then I reapplied for a lower priced item and I was denied. Stupid service. I took my business elsewhere. I was approved immediately and I won'? ? ?t be using Katapult anymore.

Ordered from wayfair they gave me 2

Ordered from wayfair they gave me 2 payment options. I went with the 2nd one. I bought AMERLINE outdoor shed noone seems to know where its at or give me a day or time of delivery. I call wayfar no sign of my order. Go to Katapult where I was finiaced and my acct is on there. Katapult took 1st payment wants 2nd and no shed.
