Bunch of creedy assed shitheads who care nothing about the human condition. Recently had open heart surgery and was in the hospital 28 days due to my advanced years (72). Called customer service and they were kind enough to stop the automatic payment for that month. All is well. NOT!!! Two months later they took 2 payments out 3 days apart, No warning, no heads up, Just woke up to a negative balance in my checking account. Called and tried to get them to reimburse me but they wouldn't do it. Use these lowlife bastards at your on risk. I won't be doing business with them ever again.
You guys bait and switched my contract and disregarded my concerns. I asked to cancel my contract and you'? ? ?re making a very difficult. I'? ? ?ve already contacted tire agent to cancel this entire transaction. They are moving forward with my cancellation I will not be paying you guys a dime. I will not ever use the service again.
Three times now I have used katapult to order a bed from wayfair. 3 times now Wayfair never received my order, but my Katapult account is open! Charges me $10, has account open with a due date and everything. But I have no bed and no bed is coming!!!
