My account has been randomly restricted with no explanation as to why for over 20 days nowAfter a lot of contacting support who give robotic answers I finally received an e mail stating that restrictions can now be removed this was on December 18thI had a phone call with them and provided the required documents and yet nothingIt is now 23December and all of my contact with support is unhelpful as they constantly repeat that they will escalate the case and still nothingThey are holding my money hostage I consider this stealing I have been lied to as I have documented evidence that I have sent to them of there claim that restrictions can be removed yet they are notSupposedly they escalated this to upper management itAUDs been all day and nobody from upper management contacted meWhat kind of company treats paying customers this way with lies and betrayal of trust , if I have to I will seek legal action

My domain renewal lapsed but you can not handle renewing yourself, and they force you to contact support. I was told I would have had to pay an additional $90. They have support telling customers it is out of their hands and it is because of the domain registrar they use. However.SiteGround is an ICANN-accredited registrar, which means they have the authority to register domain names directly for their customers without relying on third-party registrars. This direct accreditation allows them to manage domain registrations and related services in-house.So they don't have to charge you this fee. They play the blame game. They would rather allow me to close my account with them and ignore the multiple years of payments I made for $90 fee they don't have to charge. They will have support lie to customers and say it is out of their hands.
