They can't do a simple address change

For some reason when they opened my account they show an old address. I've had to send them 6 emails with a copy of my license, lease, utility bill and social security card and my address is still not updated. All my orders were delivered to my correct address but now I can't buy anything because they are saying the addresses don't match. I know they don't match. I've been trying for months to get it fixed. I'm not sure why a simple address change is this much of a hassle, but I have all the emails to prove it. Their customer service people are not allowed to do a simple address change and they don't give any reason for this. I can go onto my bank account site and easily update my address. This is their mistake and they just can't get it fixed. I would caution using them since doing a simple address change is a big problem for them. No one should have to provide a social security card for an address change. NO ONE.
