These guys refused to refund me once they were informed the associated order had not gone through. Terrible company. Will take your money even if you do not get any products and then they take no accountability
It was easy to get approved. They give options of places I shop at. The only problem was I could not use Katapult at Amazon. It could be on my part of not doing something right. Also I was hoping to pay once a month but it takes it out weekly. All in all very pleased. Only did one order so far and it was on Wayfair.
Katapult is a good financing company. You or your company is pre approved for an amount and when you pay 90 days same as cash, it is a great service.I had very few issues using Katapult online for my clients.But in this year 2025, the app has many glitches.I have a preapproved amount. I pay biweekly, twice a month however when shopping online, the transactions will not go thru despite prior authorizations.So my advice to you is use Klarna. It works. They are fair. The repayment period is longer. And there is no nonsense called "override" in their app.
