Bought a bike. Order has been delayed for a week and halfords customer service are useless currently day 4 of waiting for a call back that they say could be 7 days wait as the "2nd line team" are very busy. Ive called every day saying i want a resolution or at least a reason why you have my money and i dont have my bike. I have been lied to as on day 2 they said ok you will get a call by the end of the day but that was a lie. I called back next day they said 3 to 5 days. Not convinced ill even get the call back at all. I think they will eother wait until its delivered however late that will be, Feels like it could be weeks, or wait until a return has been processed and just refund me with no explanation as to why and what went wrong. Not a happy customer.

It was easy to get approved. They give options of places I shop at. The only problem was I could not use Katapult at Amazon. It could be on my part of not doing something right. Also I was hoping to pay once a month but it takes it out weekly. All in all very pleased. Only did one order so far and it was on Wayfair.

Their site froze when I tried to pay.I had to launch a new session to get the site to respond.After booking, I was charged twice.They refuse to refund me, saying both bookings (for the same hotel for the same night) are non-refundable.I ended up having to dispute thru my bank.I will never use them again!

Don't book a hotel through ticketmaster. Book to see ELO in Manchester with hotel, but had to cancel. Trying to get money back for the hotel is impossible. You have to go through the fan support organisation. No humans to talk to - all oneline and always busy.AN organisation such as this should have decent customer support

Placed 2 orders 11 days ago. They claim delivery in 3-5 days. One order was delivered within a week. The other is still stuck a "pending". I've since ordered again (3 days ago) and this is "pending" too. They do not have a telephone to speak to anyone when problems arise - you have to just fill in their web form and wait. Decent plants but I can't buy from a company with no interest in customer problems.

Having had a problem with trying to get both visas for my wife and I because of lack of information for the 2nd traveller (my wife) I was granted the visa quicker than I was expecting and denied for my wife. I then decided to reapply for my wife separately and happy to say it was successful and received her visa overnight.

Leider wurde mir ein defektes Ger'?t geliefert. Das Ger'?t wurde bereits zweimal reklamiert - und mit gleichem Defekt zur'?ck gesandt. Der Prozess zieht sich seit Monaten hin, die Telefonhotline verspricht keine Hilfe, man wird nur vertr'?stet. Man erz'?hlt mir seit Tagen, es w'?rde sich angeblich ein“Specialteam“ bei mir melden. Die schlechte Bewertung hier wurde nun zeitnah f'?r die '?ffentlichkeit kommentiert, eine L'?sung wurde mir nach wie vor bislang nicht angeboten.

I payed for a item and next day delivery but not yet received them, and it's been 5 days now and still nothing. The item is stuck at Nottinghams royal mail. Very knows this but hasn't been in touch with me over this issue and it's been left to me to sort out. I know other family members have the same issue when very use royal mail to deliver goods...I'd serious suggest very go back to yodel or another courier service as its letting you down.

Ordered a t.v.click and collect in the evening , got confirmation but dont come yet (fair enough store was closed ) then no word all next day , decided to go to local store where there was 9 t.vs in stock , he could see my order but it hadn't been processed , after a tonne of faffing about the guy decided my only option was to but another t.v there and then , go home , and ask for a refund on the other , he could see my order , see i'd paid but apparently couldn't t give me my telly
