I attempted to purchase an item, but the transaction did not go through, yet Katapult still collected my down payment. I demanded to cancel the "lease" and request a refund because I should not have to pay for something I never received. Instead of addressing my request, I was told to "just wait." They have stopped responding to my calls and continue to bombard me with emails about upcoming payments. This situation is entirely unacceptable. If my lease is not canceled immediately and I do not receive a full refund, I will take legal action without hesitation.
