Gospodin A. was very friendly, extremely patient and very eager to help. They tried to clearly explain both the issue our site was having and some ways to troubleshoot it. I did have a bit of trouble understanding Gospodin's English grammar / writing. I believe any differences in fluency are not an problem for resolving basic issues or escalating to the technical team, but might still serve as a barrier when explaining in writing the more technical aspects of development to laypeople and/or inexperienced web administrators.
