The support at SiteGround is always excellent, however I had an issue about connecting via SSH using Termius which is outside the scope of the support provided by SiteGround, However, the Customer Experience Specialist I chatted with provided me with the guidance I had already reviewed several times over the last 4 days I have been trying to resolve this issue. If hey had said, they can't help with third party connection issues, that would have been fine. I appreciate a straigh answer, even if it is "no">
