Bulbs with warranties not best options

Buying headlights bulbs with extra service fitting to the car and after two months time the expensive bulbs not working then in guarantee went back and asked for new bulb, yes they offered me new bulb for free but with one and half hour waiting queue to change one bulb. The work takes about 3 minutes but all customers with changing batteries and others was already booked before me. It’s silly waiting nearly two hours for one bulb in Waranty. It was good experience to not buying there anything more to avoid hidden troubles like this . Thx to Halford

I went to Halfords auto repair in.

I went to Halfords auto repair in ashburnham Road. Bedford today 16/08/25.I needed my coolant filling up in my car. The guys in there were wonderful. All very friendly and helpful. The whole team is a credit to Halfords. Thank you

Dropped my MTB rear wheel off.

Dropped my MTB rear wheel off 15.09.25bearing Collapsed, ordered a new wheel, and paid for all the cassette and disc tyre to be transferred over, technician said collect on 19.09.25. Went to collect it was in the back nothing transferred over, then I get a text saying it will be ready 29.09.25, I took it home a did it myself, poor service very poor. But if your that busy I suppose you can turn money away.

Just answer my question!

I bought an ebike and went onto the website to see if I could find an answer to a simple question. My question could not be answered on there so I started a chat with a human assistant. He couldn't answer the question and told me that only the shop could help. Called the shop and a call centre answered. They tried twice to get through to the store without success. I tried again the following day and got the same response. Twice I was promised a call back. 24 hours later and still no call or answer to my question. Also left the question on their Facebook page and its not even been read.Poor customer service

buying experience online & poor customer service

I wanted to buy "Michelin 230V Superfast 4x4/SUV Digital Tyre Inflator" but it has SAME Part Code (495174) as another Inflator model; 12V cigarete lighter one. I do not how to order 230V one. When I order it 12V one arrived! Popped in to the store, tried (a Chat on Virtual Assistant (absolute rubish)) and calling Customer Service tel. No joy.All very frustrating / waste of valuable time

I paid for 2 x tyres to fitted to my.

I paid for 2 x tyres to fitted to my car online, I booked a date and type of tyre's as I have done before.But due to a glitch in their Website the the order fell through, but on checking my bank account Halfords had taken almost ?100 out of my account.I called Halfords and explained the issue, and I was told that I would be repaid within 3 to 5 working days.As an update I have now waited over 5 days and the money still hasn't been paid into my account, I have had to call Halfords again to chase up my refund.I asked why the refund department didn't send my money and they didn't know, I was then told it's now sorted out and I will get my money in 3 to 5 working days! Is that good enough? No it isn't! I'm disgusted with the way I have been treated!

Recall notice on car seat - Halfords not able to help.

I have received a recall notice for a Halfords own car seat I bought last year. I popped in to my local store in Weston Super Mare to ask for information, with the seat.The staff informed me that only a manager could look in to this issue. I explained that I worked and could only pop in after work - I was informed that the manager finishes at 4pm each day and there was nothing else that they could do.There now appears that there is no way I can get this problem looked in to. I now have a potentially dangerous car seat and can find no way to resolve it other than to take a day off of work. I’m disappointed by the wasted trip, and worried if I should be using my car seat or not. Very frustrating.
