I went it to my local store, Crawley West Sussex The Member of staff was young, but could not be any more helpful if he triedI had one problem which turned in to two problems and he fix both I do not normal do reviews, but Jaydan was outstanding and credit when its due Thank you Jaydan, Keep up the good work
Phoned up Saturday lunchtime and they couldn't have been more helpful. Booked me in and told me to come round within the hour. Replaced my tyre very quickly. Matthew & Paul were absolutely brilliant. Highly recommend them.
Well I have just had fantastic service from Halfords at water lane Leeds.Went in to see if they could sort my car wipers out on my Mercedes, after I was quoted ?65 from Quick fit ( not that quick as they would have needed to order them) they got the right wipers for me and fitted them all with in 10mins and half the price.and work well. Ready for winter now.good job done,thanks sorry I didnt get the guys names.

I was on a cycling holiday and I had a puncture and visited the store in Peterborough. The store staff were all helpful and the bike engineer William replaced tyre and inner tube straight away. He was helpful professional and friendly. If I had not been able to get a new tyre my holiday would have had to be cut short. I highly recommend the service I had at your store. When I come to replace my bike I’ll definitely look at one from Halfords.

Trying to speak to any one either by chat or any email (No emails now work)I ordered an item online 2 to 3 days delivery another page says 5 to 5 working days.Ordered on the 19 Aug 2025 nothing now 27 Aug 2025 plenty of time, the order is still "Getting ready to deliver " . Will try tomorrow on speak to an expert?......Eventually delivered 28 Aug 2025 - filling in surveys and Trustpilot seems to have had some effect...
I booked an MOT for a Tesla model Y 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the garage they said they could not carry out the MOT as the model Y is too wide. Yet the could do the model 3. I have checked with Tesla and they share the exact floor plan. So typical Halfords have lied. I shall never go there or to a store again.
