Although the shop didn’t shop the rare missing part, which is understandable, the guy was very helpful. Now ordered the part with help of Halfords worker and other same car driver. Really grateful. Thanks again 😀

Appalling experience and awful customer service

Over a week ago, I was offered an available time of 10am on Sunday (tomorrow) to purchase/collect a trailer and they then postponed my order online at 18.17pm on Saturday (today). I have now had to cancel the urgent journey I needed to make tomorrow after collection. It is impossible to speak the specific branch and the centralised customer service is hopeless. I will never shop at Halfords again.

"I ordered a car battery weeks ago and.

"I ordered a car battery weeks ago and it never arrived. I completed all the forms Halfords asked me to, including their Non-Receipt of Goods form on 10th September, but since then I’ve had no reply and no resolution. I’ve paid for a product I never received, and the lack of communication is extremely frustrating.Still waiting for my refund — very poor service."

Money Stealers

Tried ordering mobile fitting for a new battery online, they took my money and never confirmed the order and didn't show up for the time slot booked. Customer Service can't help as there is no order confirmation, customer service can't put me through to a manager as they don't know if there is one in work today. They finally after 2 weeks emailed and asked for proof of the payment as conveniently they could not find it with the last 4 digits of the card and amount. I STILL do not have a refund. Absolute embarrassment of a company who steal people's money amd refuse to refund it it what anyone would term a reasonable time frame. Do Not use this company unless you want your money to be taken for no provided service and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Continually inaccurate stock levels on.

Continually inaccurate stock levels on Halfords website.Time and time again, I check online for stock availability at our local Halfords store, only to find when I get to the store, they don't have it!Infuriating. and very unprofessional!

Too many complaints

Booked for tyres to be fitted at home. Time slot was 12pm-4pm. Got a call at 4.30pm to say the technician wasn't coming. Called customer service, told my delivery charge would be refunded and a technician would be here before 10am the next day. Neither of these things happened and when I called to find out where they were, the job hadn't even been rebooked in. Left me with 2 hours to organise alternative transport for a weekend away and ?300 down as the refunds take 3 days to process and complaints department take 7 working days to get back to you. Absolutely shocking, can't even call it customer service as there was no service.

Went to Halfords at Guernsey Road.

Went to Halfords at Guernsey Road Sheffield. Received quick efficient service from a very busy Morris who identified and fitted a build for me. Professional and friendly service received at the counter from Jarrod.Always a great service at this store and is my go to whenever I have minor issues with my vehicle. Thank you for you help today Morris and Jarrod.

Halfords Tunbridge wells

Once again after popping into Halfords Tunbridge Wells, for some new wiper blades.I always ask for Archie his level of knowledge is fantastic and his customer service is outstanding, he should be given a medal putting up with me and all my enquiries. Katie served me at the till she was extremely helpful and friendly. Archie is always happy to help and support my needs. Everytime I visit this branch I am always blow away but the high level of Customer service. Thank you for always looking after me.A single woman who knows nothing about her car.

Went into halfords today to get a little touch up paint for my car , I tried doing the QR code , but I'm not very good at technology, I asked for some help,err you need to get in touch with your car manufacturer to get the right shade , yeah OK, just done yourself out of a sale , as I was in for other items as well , maybe it was because I was in at 16.45 , the 3 of them were dying to get home
