Too many complaints

Booked for tyres to be fitted at home. Time slot was 12pm-4pm. Got a call at 4.30pm to say the technician wasn't coming. Called customer service, told my delivery charge would be refunded and a technician would be here before 10am the next day. Neither of these things happened and when I called to find out where they were, the job hadn't even been rebooked in. Left me with 2 hours to organise alternative transport for a weekend away and ?300 down as the refunds take 3 days to process and complaints department take 7 working days to get back to you. Absolutely shocking, can't even call it customer service as there was no service.
