We visited Farnham this afternoon and could not be more grateful for the service we received. Adam was incredibly helpful and very informative. Assisted with recommendations and we opted for the roof bars to be fitted.

Address to Finchley auto center halford

Address to Finchley auto center. Poor customer service + communication. The website advertise 4 wheel alignment when the auto center is not able to provide only provide front wheel service. Then book an appointment at 830 for the car to be ready at the earliest convenience arrived at 12 pm and the car still sitting in the park. Arrived and nothing has been done. Very poor service.

I purchased two car bulbs for ?4.92 and.

I purchased two car bulbs for ?4.92 and paid ?5 in cash, the checkout assistant said" you will have to have 2p change mate" I said I need another 5p to which he replied " I ain't got no pennys" I asked him if he had a 5p and he said " till drawer is shut pal and It won't open now" I asked him if he could fetch somebody to open the till for me to which he replied " no mate it's only 5p what's your problem Not sure where Halfords gets it employees from or if they are trained in any way in customer facing rolls but I would suggest that they have scraped the bottom of the barrel and are now digging around in the mud to find there employees.

If you are a business and need vat receipts do not order from Halfords they have stopped providing vat receipts after 4 calls to customer service I have got no further the last call I asked for a manager to phone my back still nothing I will not be using them again and i will take my business to euro car parts

Very Bad Service

Went yo Halfords in Aylesbury to ask about roof bars and a roof box for my car and no one had the expertise to help me. Even though they sell them. I thought customer services were poor even though I made a complaint. Contacted the CEO, didn't even get a reply or follow up. They are happy to turn down custom, this is what is wrong with these companies today. I for one, will never set foot in their stores again.

Useless!

My order is days late.Tracking info is wrong - useless.Chat/BOT to enquire is useless.A stated wait of up to 7 days for information is unsatisfactory. Useless.Don't waste your time.

Argh!!! Taken money and order non existent!

Argh!!!! Ordered online for collection with halfrauds on Sunday as my car battery died and I was desperate. The order went through.. Ie..money taken but showed an empty basket and no orders and no emails. Called customer service who said its a known problem. Researched online and I saw a reddit post 8months ago stating the same issue.Called halfrauds again to complain and they say IT is looking into it. For how long do IT need to fix this? Years?Anyway, 3 to 5 days I will get a refund which means my cars off the road and I'll have to use public transport to get to work this week DONT TRUST THESE GUYS! Complete and utter scammers.

Quick and Excellent Customer Care - Uckfield Halfords

Had a great experience not long ago. Car battery had died when I was at the gym. Managed to get over to the nearest Halfords Uckfield, the operative Steve looked at it immediately and found the problem was loose connectors, he sorted it quickly, free of charge and I was on my way. Thank you again Steve and keep up the good work!

Refusing to cancel order they messed up, BEWARE

Ordered a childs car seat from them on next day delivery, was needed quickly, item didnt arrive next day so contacted them to be told it would take upto 7 days for them to look into it.So we then said ok cancel the order please as we need the seat urgently, the reply was "we can't cancel the order until we've looked into it", really? That was 2 days ago, so just called for an update and they are still "looking in to it" and lady on phone also refused to let us lodge a compliant.NEVER AGAIN HALFORDS.

Apollo Envy failure & Bletchley Halfords repair.

January 2025 bought an Apollo Envy kids bike for my grand daughter. 7 months later (August) she had ridden it maybe 30 miles at the very most. Bottom bracket (pedal & crank assembly) failed completely! Apparently 2 failed bearings & some parts ‘missing’ 🤔Took it to Halfords Bletchley as a warranty claim. Fortunately Jacob & Eoin (the bike tech) were very understanding & took it in to be repaired. Eoin has done a great job in disassembling the bottom bracket, replacing the failed bearings & fitting replacement ‘missing’ parts. It was ready for collection later the next day. Thanks to Eoin for fixing it so quickly. I won’t be buying another Apollo bike though.
