I bought an ebike and went onto the website to see if I could find an answer to a simple question. My question could not be answered on there so I started a chat with a human assistant. He couldn't answer the question and told me that only the shop could help. Called the shop and a call centre answered. They tried twice to get through to the store without success. I tried again the following day and got the same response. Twice I was promised a call back. 24 hours later and still no call or answer to my question. Also left the question on their Facebook page and its not even been read.Poor customer service
