Hi Flynn, hope you're doing well. Im writing this regarding my concerns with what happened yesterday. As you may already be aware we had technical difficulties post news event yesterday, even after 10 minutes from the event many of us were unable to close our positions. Fortunately for me the trade went in my favor so i was able to close the position, many others were not so fortunate enough, i would like to know how did your team deal with them. That and i would like to know if going forward this is going to be rectified and i can trade stress free or will i need to be abstaining from being in trades during news event. I have heard only great news and reviews about FN and so far my experience with you guys have been great excluding this incident, hope going forward this is going to be rectified and no such issues are going to set us traders back

If something is worth 1 or 2 cents - then honor the offer. When I do my part for a reward I don't screen shoot it for a penny. But your customer service expects that when the issue is brought. Those cents of unpaid rewards are adding up to dollars. They are worse then nickel and diming you. Thanks for the poor customer service and not looking into my missed earned rewards that should be clear in your system - and wasting my time. DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING UNLESS YOU CAN FULLFILL YOUR END OF THE BARGAIN!!!
