Giving 1 star is still too much.Received money from a job, and it is not showing up on my Transactions. The company tried multiple times. I ONLY GOT $0.20 in my bank account from a payment that was more than $30!!! Where did my money go? Those fees can't be that high! Still, the transactions are all blank! Who's running this business? Bots are their customer service because real people only answer the comments on their LinkedIn page! They disabled comments on Instagram because this business is beyond terrible. I just want my money because I WORK HARD!

My application was stalled for the longest and everything was turned in. It keptc switching things around saying things were needed in app but they weren't. I turned in everything gotten to the letter..... and then they ran out or funds so I did not get the help I needed.

I booked a hotel via Super.com upon arrival at the hotel I was informed that the reservation had been cancelled as they had no accommodation available, I had not been informed at all by anyone, I then had to go through text chat to get my refund which was a long drawn out process. I now have to wait 3-5 days for my refund, no compensation for travel expenses as it was a wasted journey and there was no other accommodation available. This is not acceptable, the service I have received is appalling. No contact and the companies are not communicating with one and other.

I've used Siteground for a long time. PHPMail has been suddenly disabled, preventing our blog notifications from going out. Edit: They've reached out to me because of this review, with personalized advice that allowed me to update the site to better navigate a (new?) security rule that was interfering with sending mail from a gmail address. Siteground, and now the site, says that troubleshooting escalations to a human are possible. However that escalation apparently was difficult or confusing for me.I've updated this review on the basis of the issue being fixed.

Couldn't go. Why does the ticket industry refuse refunds. It's greed. Well done. You charge excessive transaction fees (your pennies costs convert to pounds... strange), and the customer just gets treated like garbage. Greed. Change the industry.... go on... be brave...

I made an order on the 11th June. It is now the 3rd July and my order still hasna??t arrived, no shipment or delivery information given, and no communication to say where my order is. You can only fill in a form online which says they will reply to you within two days, which they have not. Absolutely shocking. Will not be ordering from here again.
