Ich muss leider etwas negatives berichten, nachdem ich zwei sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe.Ich habe ein iPad Air 6 2024, bestellt mit der Kennzeichnung Ausgezeichnet“.Geliefert wurde mir ein anderes Tablett, welches auch noch an allen Ecken kaputt war. Ich habe es fotografiert und wieder zur'?ckgeschickt. Nun wird behauptet, ich h'?tte ein falsches Tablett zur'?ckgeschickt. Es ist wirklich ungeheuerlich und eine bodenlose Frechheit. Und das Schlimmste ist, man kann nicht beweisen, dass man das Tablett wieder verschickt hat, welches man geliefert bekommen hat. Deshalb rate ich vom Kauf bei solchen Dienstleistern ab, denn das Risiko f'?r den Kunden, wenn etwas schief l'?uft, ist viel zu hoch! Wenn ich Pech habe, bleibe ich jetzt auf 750 € sitzen und habe immer noch kein IPad😡Fazit: NIE WIEDER!

This is the MOST unreliable company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. They gave me a delivery date and 2 weeks later, I’m still waiting. This happened several times. I tried calling today. The first representative hung up on me. The second one supposedly was to connect me to a different representative., instantly. Well, 45 minutes later, I’m still on hold. The usual wait time to talk to someone is almost an hour. I canceled the service and they owe me a refund. I haven’t seen it yet. Meantime, I have had 9 empty bottles sitting outside for almost 2 weeks. Totally frustrating and unreliable.

The grey sweatshirt I bought is discolored and it was like this before I wore and no I had not even washed it yet. And I reached out to customer service and it’s been more than a week and I haven’t heard anything from them. However, yesterday I sent them a question through the same email address and they responded to me with in an hour l. It feels fishy when they can answer a question that is likely to make them more money and the one where I ask for a change or credit but of course they have not responded kinda shaddddddy

J'ai pay'? 10€ la livraison je pensais que j'allais recevoir ma plaque sous 24h/48h comme indiqu'? sur leur site mais pas du tout. Il vaudrait mieux enlever le ? recevez vos plaques sous 72h sur votre site ?

I bought a keytar, and a part broke pretty much instantly on arrival. They said they will sort out a replacement, and it is not sorted. I have been trying to sort this out for over 6 months. They keep sending emails saying they are waiting for a reply for an internal department, and then never respond. customer service is rubbish, and now I can't use what I bought from them because it doesn't work (easily fixed).

Would not recommend, initial offer was ?269 the they slashed the price to ?90 for scratches, i told them I was not happy and then accepted ?110 as it was roughly what other companies were offering, took them 5 days after receiving phone to even update me and it's been 8 days since I accepted the offer and i still havent received payment. I have emailed them and tried their live chat where no one answered after half an hour so gave up. Do not be fooled by high offer, you will be scammed!!After posting this review they tried to contact me to resolve the problem, they told me I was going to paid that day as a priority... it has now been 12 days (8 business days) since I accepted their low offer and still no payment. I will be reporting UR.co.uk to trading standards as it seems they are scamming amyone that sends a phone in to them.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
