Support team is very friendly and nice, but my issue wasn't really solved. I wasn't able to recieve verification code to sign into my accout, support agents activated my phone number again, but unfortuately it didn't work. Then, they have offered to disable two step verification on my account and promised that it will be done by the end of the day (02.07.2025), unfortunately I haven't recieved any confirmation letter on that day, only today (07.07.2025) - I recieved an email with another question if I want them to turn off verification. My issue is solved, as I have tried again to sing into my accout on 02.07 and I finally got the verification code, I'm not sure if it was because support agents activated my phone number, or I just got lucky :) Agents were very nice, but I wish they would be able to reply and help their clients a bit faster.
The verification process is a lot too confusing and frustrating with unclear information. I am still not able to upload my national ID to start receive my pay. Simplify the verification steps and more flexible options for uploading documents. Improve customer support and making the account settings easier to manage. Over all making the process more user-friendly and less stressful would greatly improve the experience.
On 13th May, I sent a payment of ?20.11 GBP from PayPal to Payoneer, which was later cancelled by Payoneer. According to their policy, the refund was supposed to be issued within 5 to 10 business days, yet over a month has passed, and I still haven’t received anything.I contacted Payoneer several times. They first ignored my messages, then disabled my live chat access, and stopped replying to emails. Eventually, they responded saying the funds were still in their system, and they required additional bank details to refund the money.I clearly told them that the original transaction was sent from a PayPal account, and I requested that the refund be sent back to the same PayPal account it originated from — just like standard procedure.Despite giving them everything they asked for, including proof of payment and clarification that PayPal accounts don’t use IBANs, they have done nothing. No refund. No update. No apology.Payoneer is holding onto my money without justification, and their support has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. This experience has destroyed my trust in Payoneer, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
Customer support is a disaster – account blocked for over a weekI’ve been completely locked out of my Payoneer account for more than 7 days.I’m supposed to receive a temporary password by email — I never get anything.Yet I receive their automated responses, so clearly my email is working.Their customer support is a joke.I only get template replies, no actual human help.Worse: the agent named “Diane” closed my ticket as if the issue was solved — when in fact, nothing has been fixed and I still can’t log in.I’ve been using Payoneer for years, but now I’m seriously questioning whether I should continue.👉 No competent human available by phone👉 No serious follow-up👉 Still no access to my professional fundsI strongly advise against using Payoneer. I am so frustrated.Wanted to transfer my Ebay account to another company.Ebay won't allow me to link to a new account as it is with a different name, and Payoneer won't allow me to cancel my previous account as it is linked to Ebay.Can you just simply add a function to transfer an account to the new company???I have been trying to complete this for months and still no luck.Why make everyone's life so difficult when Paypal can do it in 3 minutes??
