Review of Payoneer
On 13th May, I sent a payment of ?20.11 GBP from PayPal to Payoneer, which was later cancelled by Payoneer. According to their policy, the refund was supposed to be issued within 5 to 10 business days, yet over a month has passed, and I still haven’t received anything.I contacted Payoneer several times. They first ignored my messages, then disabled my live chat access, and stopped replying to emails. Eventually, they responded saying the funds were still in their system, and they required additional bank details to refund the money.I clearly told them that the original transaction was sent from a PayPal account, and I requested that the refund be sent back to the same PayPal account it originated from — just like standard procedure.Despite giving them everything they asked for, including proof of payment and clarification that PayPal accounts don’t use IBANs, they have done nothing. No refund. No update. No apology.Payoneer is holding onto my money without justification, and their support has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional.I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. This experience has destroyed my trust in Payoneer, and I cannot recommend them to anyone.
