Services is too much bad even not a person available for solved.

I have try much time create Payoneer account but it's declined without tell any reason. Even i can't talk with support team no one replying and not any option for talk with these. My first account some issue i have request to blocked and want to create new one. Just the reason payoneer team not solved my issue.

Customers Can't Dispute Credit Card

Customers paying Payoneer have no recourse (dispute) via your credit card company against the merchant if they fail to provide goods/services that were paid for. What type of merchants do you think this attracts ? I had no recourse against a company that I purchased a contact marketing list from that was not as promised.

So Horrific I Have No Choice To Leave My ESL Platform That Pays Via Them!

Almost IMPOSSIBLE to access your money. What an absolute rigmarole just to be able to log into the account. It's ridiculous. Please don't even get me started on their "customer service". First of all you get to go on the bot magic roundabout to nowhere for hours on end, and if you do eventually strike gold and get to speak to a human you are issued with a ticket but then never here from them again!!!! Disgusting company why the duck anybody would pay people using this filthy company I have no idea.

They banned my account without reason

They banned my account because of a problem with THEIR system, I have been unable to use it for a year. Basically support said sorry but higher commands are that there is nothing we can do, even though it’s our fault

Stay away if you expect transparency and service

I was charged two years of Annual Account Fees and an additional Maintenance Fee, despite not using my Payoneer account at all during that time. I received no notification or warning beforehand.On top of that, there is no way to reach proper customer support — all email addresses are non-functional or full, and the platform redirects you to a useless chatbot. Completely unprofessional and non-transparent.I’m extremely disappointed and expect a refund and proper customer service. Avoid if you value clarity and fairness.

Account closed After Connecting With Ebay

I am regular payoneer user since 2020 and I'm receiving payments from fiverr, last night i just connect my payoneer with ebay seller account and submit some verifications and in the morning i received email my account closed.Can you please enable my account? You can remove my ebay account if it cause issue, i just want to continue receiving payments from fiverr which is my main source of getting payments.I will change my review and give 5 stars once Issue resolved.

Awful experience lost thousands of ?'s

Awful experience. Account says it will only accept payments from a business account. I have received payments from business accounts they then ask for a number of documents to evidence for each payment your waiting around for payments to clear and then a good proportion do not get cleared and are cancelled (even when they are sent from a business account) it has cost me thousands as products are being sent to customers and the money is then being rejected. You can't just tell the customer to hold on until the payment is cleared and you can't refund their payment straight away either.Absolutely trash service.
