I’ve been using Payoneer as a freelancer to receive international payments, and while the platform is generally reliable, I did face a major issue when my account was unexpectedly blocked. It took time and several escalations, but I truly appreciate how the support team eventually prioritized and resolved my case professionally. Special thanks to the live chat agents and case specialists who helped me withdraw my remaining funds.I hope Payoneer continues to improve their review and communication process to reduce wait times in urgent situations. Overall, a good experience in the end.
Clunky, second-rate and unresponsive. Could not log in. No code sent to mobile phone (4 attempts). Alternative email code not working. No live chat without signing in - useless if you cannot sign in.Customer service offers to get back within 2 working days - useless if you have a payment deadline and are attempting to pay on a Friday. Also expensive fees.Amendment: June 27.After my experience of June 20 I received an email on June 23 with details of an email code to get access to my payment account. Not germane. There should be a live chat function to expedite solutions. In the world of online, instant payments a 3-day wait in order to receive a 'solution' to not getting an sms code to get access to one's account is less than inspiring.
