Review Time
I left a 1-star review yesterday due to an unacceptable delay and poor communication in verifying my business account.Within an hour, someone from Payoneer responded on Trustpilot and said they were sorry and would handle it.They asked for additional info, which I provided immediately.That was over 24 hours ago. Since then, nothing.If you’re going to monitor public reviews and pretend to care, at least follow through.This is not customer support — this is public image management.I am still waiting for manual review of my documents. This delay is costing me time and business.I will continue to update this review daily until my issue is resolved.
Very poor customer service, super slow, I had to explain myself over and over until the agent decided to open a ticket and leave it at that. I was explaining to the agent over and over and they always tried to get around it by saying there is this fee and that, however all the fees they mentioned were paid and proof was provided on my end. That part of trying it to cover it up, without even understanding the issue is unethical. Issue is not for that big of an amount but still is my money.
i am satisfied with your service but the only problem i wish you can improve is how i can easily make payments from my payoneer accounts without having to received monies up to $500 before i can make payments. but however, i am happy with your services and will continue to work with you.
