Review of Payoneer
I left a 1-star review yesterday due to an unacceptable delay and poor communication in verifying my business account.Within an hour, someone from Payoneer responded on Trustpilot and said they were sorry and would handle it.They asked for additional info, which I provided immediately.That was over 24 hours ago. Since then, nothing.If you’re going to monitor public reviews and pretend to care, at least follow through.This is not customer support — this is public image management.I am still waiting for manual review of my documents. This delay is costing me time and business.I will continue to update this review daily until my issue is resolved.
