The company is routinely fleecing its customers. They charge 3%, which is a rip-off. However, not satisfied even with this usurious and outrageous rate, they are also ripping off customers by not not giving them the correct exchange rate.
The annual fee is an extortion, I worked a whole year and withdrew my earnings of $39. $29.95 USD was charged as an annual fee. They still took a fee of $2 and left me with $8 which is below the threshold for withdrawal. They said it was because my account was inactive for a year. You have poor fees and exchange rate as compared to Wise and Grey, how can I use it often? It takes a long time to receive money in my bank after exchanaging, yet I am expected to use it? This is daylight robbery!!

Payoneer thinks they’re something special, but in reality, they are one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. All I wanted was a simple virtual card, and guess what? You need to go through endless support tickets, delayed responses, and a nightmare of bureaucracy just to get it. Absolutely ridiculous.Their partner bank? Slow, outdated, and just as useless.And to top it all off, when I tried to move my money to Revolut, they suddenly closed my account – an account I’ve had since 2017 – claiming “violation of terms of service” with zero explanation. No transparency. No respect.I DO NOT recommend this platform to anyone. It feels like Payoneer is built only for struggling economies and underdeveloped regions. If you’re serious about your money, go with Revolut – it’s 100x better: cleaner, faster, more modern, and actually reliable.Avoid Payoneer at all costs. Total disaster.
