I've had a personal account since approximately 2015 and received regular payments until 2000. Then, as my business began to grow, I registered a company in the UK and opened another account called a business account.I hired a contractor to handle employee recruitment and management, even paying their salaries, which reduced the administrative burden. We began receiving all payments via Stripe to our Payoneer account through the company account. From there, we began to balance and withdraw the funds as soon as the amount exceeded $5,100. We would send $5,100 to the contractor and $5,100 to the personal account. These funds were then withdrawn through a local ATM in our country of residence and then paid to local employees via local bank transfers. We also sometimes paid bills using a card or through bank transfers to suppliers.Since then, we haven't encountered any problems. We submitted our work contracts, provided documents and evidence of payments, and provided all necessary documentation for verification, both from our personal and company accounts. However, about 15 days ago, without prior notice, the three accounts were closed. The company and personal accounts were completely closed, leaving me unable to log in or even withdraw the funds in the company account, which amounted to approximately $2,400.This was done arbitrarily, without any notification or message. Only when I tried to log in did I receive a message stating that my account had been permanently blocked and closed. As for the contractor's account, they suspended it but allowed him to withdraw the funds, which he claimed did not exceed $15.When I contacted them, they refused, claiming that this decision was made after an in-depth internal study and that the funds were frozen indefinitely, meaning that Payoneer had stolen them, without providing any reason other than that I had violated the terms and conditions.Since I explained the details of the usage, if anyone knows what violation I committed, please let me know.Since they didn't provide a clear reason for the closure, they should allow me to withdraw my funds without delay or procrastination. "If you don't want to provide us with the service, that's your business, but you must provide a legal reason for the closure that allows you to withhold my funds indefinitely, or allow us to withdraw our funds from the account."Since then, we have been unable to pay our employees or pay the contractor, so he can also pay his employees.
MassPay says they are not able to find the refund. Please check the email sent by MassPay & refund my 222.64 into attached bank account. Please do not close tickets until they are resolved. You said you won't cancel the ticket but you did. Masspay won't accept the refund of 222.64 even you won't send my money back to the provided bank account. Payoneer is a scam!250616-007392
Payoneer's interface is somewhat easy to use, and the app helps with several matters - I'm grateful for that. But when I contact customer service to get an answer, I really hope the response will be extremely clear. Sometimes it's not clear at all, and I remain unaware of the very thing I was asking about.
i dont give many bad reviews, but Payoneer is so bad, they do not even desserve 1 customer, they hold your money for no reason what so ever,,,,and customer service? dont exist, no phone, no email, no contact form on website,,,only FAQ and bots,,,,,,avoid avoid avoid, i cant say enough.
I am once again forced to write here, as Payoneer support is completely unresponsive through regular channels.Previously, my account was restricted without notice, and as a result, I was unable to receive payments from Shopify Payments for several weeks. After much effort and only through this platform (Trustpilot), I managed to resolve it and I can receive my money from Shopify, but Payoneer does not give ''the payouts''.Now the same problem is happening again: I have 6 legitimate payouts from Shopify Payments that are stuck. Payoneer is not forwarding these funds to Shopify, which is preventing me from receiving my money. These are not refunds, disputes, or compliance-related issues — these are clean, approved payouts that are simply not being processed. No one at Payoneer has provided any reason or update. As a registered business that operates fully within legal and platform guidelines, I expect a much higher level of communication and transparency.I am respectfully demanding an immediate resolution: either release the payments or explain clearly what the issue is. This is causing serious disruption to my business and damaging my trust in Payoneer. Please escalate this to a department that can actually act.CUSTOMER ID: 70679485
