Review of Payoneer

Payoneer does not give my money!

I am once again forced to write here, as Payoneer support is completely unresponsive through regular channels.Previously, my account was restricted without notice, and as a result, I was unable to receive payments from Shopify Payments for several weeks. After much effort and only through this platform (Trustpilot), I managed to resolve it and I can receive my money from Shopify, but Payoneer does not give ''the payouts''.Now the same problem is happening again: I have 6 legitimate payouts from Shopify Payments that are stuck. Payoneer is not forwarding these funds to Shopify, which is preventing me from receiving my money. These are not refunds, disputes, or compliance-related issues — these are clean, approved payouts that are simply not being processed.No one at Payoneer has provided any reason or update. As a registered business that operates fully within legal and platform guidelines, I expect a much higher level of communication and transparency.I am respectfully demanding an immediate resolution: either release the payments or explain clearly what the issue is. This is causing serious disruption to my business and damaging my trust in Payoneer.Please escalate this to a department that can actually act.CUSTOMER ID: 70679485
