I tried to open a Payoneer account to receive payments for digital products I plan to sell on Etsy. As I live in Thailand, Payoneer is the required payout option for Etsy sellers in my region.Despite submitting all requested information truthfully and completely, my application was rejected without any explanation. I reached out to customer support multiple times, hoping for clarification – but all I received were copy-paste replies referring vaguely to “activities against the terms and conditions.” This is completely absurd, as no activity could have taken place – the account was never even opened.There was no opportunity for clarification, no concrete reason provided, and no way to appeal or speak to a responsible department. I feel unfairly and arbitrarily excluded from a service that is essential for independent creators in certain countries.This experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I expected a higher standard of transparency and professionalism from a financial service provider.
I had a problem receiving 2FA SMS code while withdrawing funds from Payoneer. Their support team responded quickly and solved the issue. Now I can withdraw funds easily. Thank you to the Payoneer team for the quickly and help support.
Overall, my experience with Payoneer has been good — the platform is useful and generally reliable for international transactions. However, I’ve faced several issues where I needed timely support, and the lack of a direct support email made it quite frustrating.In situations where the problem isn't resolved through chat or FAQs, having a direct email contact would make a big difference for customers like me. I eventually had to escalate the issue through other channels just to get attention. A simple email support option could greatly improve the customer experience.

Everything seemed fine at first, but a few days later, the new account was suddenly closed without any explanation. Now, I am completely locked out of both accounts and unable to access my funds.I have contacted Payoneer support multiple times but have not received any helpful response so far.This situation is causing serious financial hardship. I work with OneForma, a freelancing platform that only offers Payoneer as a payment method. Because my account is currently inaccessible, I cannot receive the money I have earned from my work.I kindly and urgently request that my case be reviewed. I am a legitimate freelancer trying to continue my work and access my rightful earnings. This was the first time I encountered a payment issue with Payoneer, and a tiny amount was stuck due to an internal issue.Now it's almost 2 months passed, but there is no solution, and I haven't gotten a single reply from the payment team. Every time the support team comes up and says, you will get a response within 24 hours.
My payoneer account is closed and there is some balance. But payoneer team refused to refund the money to my payer. The virtual assistant keeps saying the same word and it sounds like he wanted to take my money. He is a thief and name is Angel!This is really crucial and dangerous service.
