Review of Payoneer
I tried to open a Payoneer account to receive payments for digital products I plan to sell on Etsy. As I live in Thailand, Payoneer is the required payout option for Etsy sellers in my region.Despite submitting all requested information truthfully and completely, my application was rejected without any explanation. I reached out to customer support multiple times, hoping for clarification – but all I received were copy-paste replies referring vaguely to “activities against the terms and conditions.” This is completely absurd, as no activity could have taken place – the account was never even opened.There was no opportunity for clarification, no concrete reason provided, and no way to appeal or speak to a responsible department. I feel unfairly and arbitrarily excluded from a service that is essential for independent creators in certain countries.This experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I expected a higher standard of transparency and professionalism from a financial service provider.
