Dear Payoneer Support Team,I have been a loyal Payoneer user since 2021 and have used your services consistently without any policy violations or misuse. However, I am extremely disappointed and concerned that my account has been suspended whitout any logical reason payment is still their. both business and personal accout been suspended. i am glad to provide all proof realted to my account verification. i am running a agency and also doing buisness in UK on bey since 2020. I am surprise they see team negligency. Please review my account again and store it. Many thanks
My Balance disabled over 30 days ago, last few days i chat payoneer agent but did not any salutation, I have no idea any company took more than 30 days internal review. When i chat their agent all time they told me it will be solve within 24-48 hours. But i did not get any resultWorst service ever.
The worst experience ever I have more than 15 days waiting for they open my account. Also the customer service experience is worst ever. That never pickup the phone, they don’t respond emails. They require a lot of sensible documents for opening account I will send this company more than 12 private and sensible documents form my company and nothing happen. They never fix the issues about my account. I’m here still waiting for they opening my account.

I’m a long-time Payoneer user, and for the first time, I’m shocked by how this company is treating me. My funds have been held for over 17 days, even after I submitted all requested documents. These payments came directly from Stripe, not processed by Payoneer, yet they’re still holding them without any clear reason or legal explanation.Support keeps giving generic responses like “we’re monitoring your case” or “the team is reviewing it,” but no action is taken. There’s no escalation, no timeline, no accountability.This is NOT a reliable financial partner. I’m already reporting this to regulatory authorities, including the HKMA (Hong Kong), CFPB (U.S.), and the Bank of Israel. I recommend anyone using Payoneer to reconsider before trusting them with your money.
