My money is missing, and Payoneer is the reason why.

I recently had a very negative experience with Payoneer.On 20 May 2025, I transferred USD funds to my USD local bank account. I then received an email from Payoneer informing me that the withdrawal had been approved and the withdrawal fees had been deducted, and that the payment would be received in my account by 21 May.However, the funds have not arrived in my account since 20 May. Despite contacting customer services many times via email and WhatsApp, I have not received a response.The responses I received from customer services were: 'We appreciate your patience and understanding', 'Please wait for an update via email', 'Your case is a top priority and of utmost importance to us', and 'The team handling your case is closely following up on it to resolve your issue'.While these statements suggest that they are interested in resolving the issue, the truth is that my money has not reached my account for more than fifteen days.This delay has also caused problems with paying my team for their work.This delay greatly undermines Payoneer's reputation and suggests that the company is not committed to making payments to its customers. If Payoneer's reputation team wants to rectify the situation, they should contact me immediately.

Honesty in your work and speed in resolving any problems your clients may encounter.Sometimes, I notice that you are strict in your dealings with Arabs in particular and Muslims in general.

Really sad

Every month, I eagerly anticipate receiving my employer’s payment at the same time and on the same day. However, my travel plans have been forced to be canceled due to an unexpected technical investigation conducted by Payoneer without prior notice. Despite the fact that the payment was processed and sent a week ago, I have encountered difficulties in reaching out to payoneer for assistance, as they consistently inform me that it may take up to 5 days for them to give me the money.

I'm a freelancer, and payoneer just essentially ruined my business.

I'm a freelancer, and occasionaly I do business with other freelancers on behalf of my clients. My most used feature was the pay to payoneer account directly. With no notice, no email or anything, payoneer Stopped this service on my account. When I spoke to customer service all they said was "our dedicated team stopped this feature because they noticed unusal activity" Ok what's the Activity? They never say. What terms did I break? why are you suddenly stopping an essential feature I depend on without giving me a reason! I can only assume it's because they steal your money. After reading the reviews here it seems that's the case with alot of people. Even here Payoneer only responds to the 5 star reviews because they want to promote themselves. Please, if anyone reads this review, Please do not use this website or their service. Everything will be dandy at the start, but there will come a time when they will either lock your accounts, or halt your business and you will never even know why, not to mention the exorbinant fees they charge. Please don't use this. Consider yourself warned.P.S. The reply from payoneer is as helpful as their customer service. What transactions did I do? What did I do to justify you messing with my service? Just saying undisclosed reasons is not enough. It doesn't matter anyway. I'll be canceling the account since no one from customer service got back to me. 0/5 star business.

The support was respectful and clear

The support was respectful and clear, but unfortunately, my issue couldn't be resolved. I don’t have a local bank account because I’m unemployed, and I was hoping Payoneer could help me get paid for online work. I still hope there could be an alternative for people in my situation.

Locked out due to forgotten security question – support not helping

I’ve been trying to recover access to my Payoneer account because I forgot my security questionI submitted my ID multiple times and clearly explained the issue but I keep receiving generic replies asking for the same things againNo human agent has helped me and I’ve been locked out for daysThis has caused serious inconvenience and I’m very disappointed with the support qualityCustomer ID: 86903297I hope this review gets the attention needed to solve the issue
