I recently had a very negative experience with Payoneer.On 20 May 2025, I transferred USD funds to my USD local bank account. I then received an email from Payoneer informing me that the withdrawal had been approved and the withdrawal fees had been deducted, and that the payment would be received in my account by 21 May.However, the funds have not arrived in my account since 20 May. Despite contacting customer services many times via email and WhatsApp, I have not received a response.The responses I received from customer services were: 'We appreciate your patience and understanding', 'Please wait for an update via email', 'Your case is a top priority and of utmost importance to us', and 'The team handling your case is closely following up on it to resolve your issue'.While these statements suggest that they are interested in resolving the issue, the truth is that my money has not reached my account for more than fifteen days.This delay has also caused problems with paying my team for their work.This delay greatly undermines Payoneer's reputation and suggests that the company is not committed to making payments to its customers. If Payoneer's reputation team wants to rectify the situation, they should contact me immediately.
