Everything is automated. But nothing always works the way they wanted. In my case: impossible to verify my account even though I've been with them since 2014. I no longer have a national identity card because my passport is international. However, their only method is based on automation and the card. So impossible to contact them. So account blocked and money lost. This is scandalous. I therefore advise against this bank.
Payoneer is not refunding my money. I made a withdrawal on the 6th, and today is the 29th. I have contacted support multiple times, but I still haven't received my money. There are others like me who are also facing this issue. On Trustpilot, many people have posted similar reviews. I request Payoneer to resolve my issue and the issues of others like me. Please don't damage your reputation, otherwise many people will stop using Payoneer.
They deducted $30 without any transparent reason, and I consider this an unauthorized deduction from my funds.When I asked them, they told me that it was a third party charging this amount to process the transfer request to my bank account
It's really disappointing to see such high fees charged for withdrawing eBay sale proceeds. I'm not a regular seller and it was a surprise to me that $29.95 USD as an annual account fee, and then a further $10 USD withdrawal fee. As I'm based in Australia, eBay doesnt give me any other option but to use Payoneer for withdrawals. This is daylight robbery. $40 USD paid to withdraw $392 USD. 10% in fees. What a rip off!
My Payoneer account was suddenly frozen without any prior notice, despite having a substantial balance. It’s been over a month now, and I still cannot receive payments or withdraw my funds.Customer support keeps sending the same generic response — that my account is under internal review — but provides no details, no estimated timeframe, and hasn’t requested any documents from me. I’m fully prepared to cooperate and provide any necessary information, but no steps have been offered on how to resolve the issue.It is completely unacceptable for a financial service to block access to funds for such an extended period without transparency or communication. I had used Payoneer to pay a vendor that seamed to be legit. But this vendor gained access to my Payoneer account and link it to my PayPal account. They charged $15,000 to PayPal using Payoneer to pay themselves. They also used my American express to Charge $22,000 to themselves. I reported this to Payoneer the day this occured and they responded my closing my account to "protect" me. I asked them to reverse the charges before this bad actor got away with the money and they refused. They have horrible customer service. Do not use them. They have no buyer protection. So payoneer replied that they are sorry for my disappointment. Someone gained access to my account and send thousands of dollars to themselves. I notified Payoneer immediately. Instead of freezing the transactions, they allowed thief to get paid and canceled my account. I had thousands of dollars taken from me using Payoneer. They did no investigation. I gave them all of the information. The thief did not respond at all. They allowed the thief to steal and punished me. Payoneer is probably working with all of the thieves, hackers, and scammer. Bad company. Do not use unless you want your account hacked.
