Hi Payoneer team,I’ve submitted my address verification documents multiple times (original bank-issued PDFs), but my account is still blocked.I’ve tried contacting support five times via email, chat, and Messenger — and received only automated replies.It feels like there are only bots at Payoneer, and no real people who actually listen to customers.The chat keeps sending me in circles, and support is completely unresponsive.Please assist me — the funds in my account are significant and urgently needed.Account ID: 51104899
In the beginning it was very hard to create the account and the verifications weren't smooth at all, but now I can tell it got better and the verifications are easily received by my phone most of times, and the customer care would reply faster, thankfully my request was easily approved and I got what I need, hopefully it will continue like that
I used to work as freelance music composer. Then I wanted to withdraw my money from there and apparently Payoneer was the only option yet I had to choose it. After retrieving my 44$, I could not send my money to my bank due to minimum sending restriction even though it is not specified, clearly my money got stuck there. I tried to reach out the customer service, I got annoying AI automated message didn't help at all. Due time they cut the -30$ Annual Subscription fee. So not only they didn't allow me to send my money and but also grabbed almost all of them. Payoneer won't bankrupt refunding 30$ but apparently losing certainly me and my possible other references in future. Sorry.
Whenever i try to recieve a verification code for two step verification for the purpose of transaction it says (The text message SMS could not be delivered to this number), more ever i am unabale to contact customer support because of this issue coz when i try to login on web to contact customer support the same verification code issue popsp, please help.
