Review of Payoneer
My Payoneer account was suddenly frozen without any prior notice, despite having a substantial balance. It’s been over a month now, and I still cannot receive payments or withdraw my funds.Customer support keeps sending the same generic response — that my account is under internal review — but provides no details, no estimated timeframe, and hasn’t requested any documents from me. I’m fully prepared to cooperate and provide any necessary information, but no steps have been offered on how to resolve the issue.It is completely unacceptable for a financial service to block access to funds for such an extended period without transparency or communication.
