Review of Payoneer

They closed our accounts and held our money after years of legitimate use.

I've had a personal account since approximately 2015 and received regular payments until 2000. Then, as my business began to grow, I registered a company in the UK and opened another account called a business account.I hired a contractor to handle employee recruitment and management, even paying their salaries, which reduced the administrative burden. We began receiving all payments via Stripe to our Payoneer account through the company account. From there, we began to balance and withdraw the funds as soon as the amount exceeded $5,100. We would send $5,100 to the contractor and $5,100 to the personal account. These funds were then withdrawn through a local ATM in our country of residence and then paid to local employees via local bank transfers. We also sometimes paid bills using a card or through bank transfers to suppliers.Since then, we haven't encountered any problems. We submitted our work contracts, provided documents and evidence of payments, and provided all necessary documentation for verification, both from our personal and company accounts. However, about 15 days ago, without prior notice, the three accounts were closed. The company and personal accounts were completely closed, leaving me unable to log in or even withdraw the funds in the company account, which amounted to approximately $2,400.This was done arbitrarily, without any notification or message. Only when I tried to log in did I receive a message stating that my account had been permanently blocked and closed. As for the contractor's account, they suspended it but allowed him to withdraw the funds, which he claimed did not exceed $15.When I contacted them, they refused, claiming that this decision was made after an in-depth internal study and that the funds were frozen indefinitely, meaning that Payoneer had stolen them, without providing any reason other than that I had violated the terms and conditions.Since I explained the details of the usage, if anyone knows what violation I committed, please let me know.Since they didn't provide a clear reason for the closure, they should allow me to withdraw my funds without delay or procrastination. "If you don't want to provide us with the service, that's your business, but you must provide a legal reason for the closure that allows you to withhold my funds indefinitely, or allow us to withdraw our funds from the account."Since then, we have been unable to pay our employees or pay the contractor, so he can also pay his employees.
