Improve your customer service as they had no idea and had no answers for me at all. Was not willing to entertain me.Extremely pathetic service as they would just disable your account for no god damn reason and dont tell you the reason as well. even though submitted everything to them but still. Pathetic Israeli company.ALSO THE BANK ADDRESS THAT THEY MENTION DOES NOT EXSIST.
No customer service number for people to call, if you try to call from another country that is not the United States, you are not able. If your account is locked, they are not able to solve it. It takes 24 hours to help you with that. You are not able to get into your account. Once you reach an United States number and they answered, they are not able to solve anything. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they did not do it. They said they cant do that. You have to wait 24 hrs to reset your account. The worst platform for recibe payments.I spent an hour with a customer service representaive named Karen, and she was unable to transfer me in all that time to a supervisor to help reset my account to have access into it.She told me everything was set, but I continue receiving this e mail about my information was wrong, but she continued saying that ignore that e-mail. When I asked her to send me a email that confirmed that my documentation was correct, she denies, saying that she was unable to do that while we were talking. After explain it to her that I knew that was not true, she finally sent it. The worst customer service I ever had. Hope I can have today access to my money
These bastards laugh in your face when you ask for information. Their system does not let you see account movements older than 3 years. For that reason, I opened a support ticket asking about years 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022. They came back with questions about the format, the look and feel, etc.Days later, that just thrown a stupid / useless statement about year 2024. Nothing to do with my request. They close the ticket "Hoping that I was satisfied" Ha!!!! Furthermore, that information can be retrieved online.Awful support. Lack of respect.
