No customer service number for people to call, if you try to call from another country that is not the United States, you are not able. If your account is locked, they are not able to solve it. It takes 24 hours to help you with that. You are not able to get into your account. Once you reach an United States number and they answered, they are not able to solve anything. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they did not do it. They said they cant do that. You have to wait 24 hrs to reset your account. The worst platform for recibe payments.I spent an hour with a customer service representaive named Karen, and she was unable to transfer me in all that time to a supervisor to help reset my account to have access into it.She told me everything was set, but I continue receiving this e mail about my information was wrong, but she continued saying that ignore that e-mail. When I asked her to send me a email that confirmed that my documentation was correct, she denies, saying that she was unable to do that while we were talking. After explain it to her that I knew that was not true, she finally sent it. The worst customer service I ever had. Hope I can have today access to my money
