I attempted to purchase from a website called Etoren, which uses Payoneer as a third-party payment gateway.I attempted to purchase using two different credit cards, and both of them have been blocked. One of the banks states that the card had been preemptively blocked because I tried to purchase from Etoren, the other bank states that my card was the target of an attempted online cloning.The Etoren support states that Payoneer is safe, that my banks just don't trust Payoneer, but no card was actually cloned.No money was stolen, but I cannot unblock my cards and the procedure to get new ones issued is very difficult at the moment.
Only less than a month user then my account got closed without explanation. Tried to coordinate with their customer service, but the response needs to wait for a long time and you will only receive a general response that your account violate some terms without clearly explaining why.
Payoneer has been an incredibly disappointing experience. As a new business owner, I carefully researched multiple payment platforms and chose Payoneer based on positive reviews. I completed all required verifications promptly and provided additional documentation without delay.The onboarding and support have been dreadful. After my initial setup, I received an outreach from their customer success team, who then failed to respond to multiple follow-ups, eventually informing me they'd only engage further once I'd processed $30,000- an unrealistic expectation for new businesses in 1 week.My first payment was received 5 days ago and immediately flagged for further review. I was asked to submit detailed communications with my client, which I provided immediately. Since then, I've received no updates, no explanations, and certainly no sign of my funds. Customer support responses have been dismissive, filled with vague assurances such as "don't worry," or "we are handling it," only to later admit they have " I don’t have visibility".Adding to the frustration, upon receiving my second payment, all currency balances on my account were suddenly disabled with no prior warning, notification, or explanation. When I queried this drastic measure, customer support vaguely mentioned "routine checks" conducted by a "special department," providing no clarity, timeline, or transparency.Payoneer's onboarding and support processes have shown a severe lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for customers particularly concerning when trusting them to handle business finances.Avoid Payoneer if you value clear communication, reliability, and professional customer service.
Very bad .I just open an account recently they already blocked my account.what I open for the account I can't use write now and there also no email of my account blocked but when I tried to login they says my account already blocked it's too much frustrating
They send me back and forth on approving my bank statement as proof. I send the correct document which live chat also confirmed. Nope they ask for additonal info, but the problem is they dont tell you what info they need. They just tell you provide us info and we will approve your account, but they wont tell you what kind of info they need. Its so stupid. How can I guess what info you want? Also you say I upload wrong documents but I don't. which customer support also confirmed.
