They send me back and forth on approving my bank statement as proof. I send the correct document which live chat also confirmed. Nope they ask for additonal info, but the problem is they dont tell you what info they need. They just tell you provide us info and we will approve your account, but they wont tell you what kind of info they need. Its so stupid. How can I guess what info you want? Also you say I upload wrong documents but I don't. which customer support also confirmed.
